Questions

Good to know

Is this fortune-telling?

No. The zodiac reading describes Chinese folk tradition for cultural interest and fun. It does not predict your future, and a name does not promise luck.

Why is my sign different from what I expected?

Chinese zodiac years start at the Lunar New Year, which falls between 21 January and 20 February. If you were born in January or early February, your sign may belong to the year before.

What happens to my birthday?

The free reading is worked out in your own browser. Your name and birthday are not sent to us or stored.

Can I use the name for a tattoo?

The artwork is made for display and printing. For a tattoo, show the characters to a native Chinese reader you trust before you commit.
